Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Claim Sol processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the public Claim Sol web application and the supporting API services used to provide its features. It does not control wallets, Solana, explorers, or other third-party services you choose to use.

2. Information Claim Sol processes

  • Wallet and blockchain data: public wallet addresses, transaction signatures, token accounts, token mints, balances, close and burn activity, slots, network fees, and timestamps.
  • Authorization data: short-lived challenges and wallet signatures used to verify that you control a wallet. Claim Sol does not receive your private key or seed phrase.
  • Technical data: request, device, browser, error, performance, IP address, and security data that may be processed by Claim Sol or its infrastructure providers.

3. How information is used

  • provide wallet overviews and verified SOL claim transaction history;
  • prepare transactions and verify their confirmed on-chain results;
  • protect the service, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.

4. Public blockchain data

Solana is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, token activity, signatures, balances, and transaction details may remain publicly available even if Claim Sol stops displaying or indexing them. Claim Sol cannot delete or modify data recorded on the blockchain.

5. Browser storage

Claim Sol may store wallet connection preferences, cached application resources, and other preferences in your browser. You can clear this information using your browser settings. Clearing it may reset preferences.

6. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, databases, object storage, Solana RPC access, and token metadata. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a reorganization of the project.

Claim Sol does not sell your private keys or seed phrases because it never receives them.

7. Retention

Indexed Claim Sol transaction records may be retained to provide an accurate transaction history. Profile records are retained while needed to provide that feature. Security and operational records may be retained for a reasonable period. Blockchain data remains subject to the network's permanent public record.

8. Your choices

  • You can disconnect your wallet at any time.
  • You can decline wallet signature and transaction requests.
  • You can clear locally stored data and cached application resources.

9. Security and children

Claim Sol uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect off-chain information, but no system is completely secure. Claim Sol is not directed to children who are not legally able to agree to these terms or use blockchain services in their jurisdiction.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated as features and data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
