1. The service
Claim Sol provides a browser interface for interacting with Solana programs and related services. Features may include scanning token accounts, closing eligible accounts, burning tokens, claiming their rent, and viewing indexed transaction history.
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Some features may be experimental or available only on Solana Devnet.
2. Wallets and authorization
You must use a compatible wallet and have authority over every account you interact with. Claim Sol never requests your private key or seed phrase. A connected wallet does not authorize a transaction by itself; you must review and approve requests presented by your wallet.
You are responsible for wallet security, transaction review, destination addresses, token selections and all activity performed through your wallet.
3. Blockchain transactions
- Confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
- Burned tokens and closed accounts generally cannot be restored.
- Claim Sol charges no app fee. Solana network and priority fees still apply.
- Transactions may fail, expire, be delayed, or produce results different from estimates.
- Public blockchain activity is visible to anyone and may be indexed by third parties.
4. Token information
Token metadata, prices, and recovery estimates may be incomplete or change before confirmation. Review the selected tokens and wallet transaction before approving a burn or account closure.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Claim Sol to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- access or attempt to control wallets or accounts without authorization;
- interfere with, overload, exploit, or bypass security controls of the service;
- submit malicious content, automate abusive requests, or misrepresent Claim Sol activity;
- use the service in connection with fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, or money laundering.
6. Third-party services
Claim Sol relies on third-party wallets, RPC providers, hosting platforms, databases, token metadata sources, explorers, and the Solana network. Those services are governed by their own terms and may become unavailable or provide incomplete information. Claim Sol is not responsible for third-party services or wallet software.
7. No warranties
Claim Sol is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from defects. You use the service and blockchain integrations at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claim Sol and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, including lost tokens, lost keys, lost profits, failed transactions, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Claim Sol evolves. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published. Continuing to use Claim Sol after an update means you accept the revised terms.
